01. How can I make an order?
You can make an order right on our website by adding to your cart and completing payment. We also take orders via Whatsapp or you can message us through our Facebook or Instagram pages.
Typically a minimum of 2 weeks is needed for custom orders. Items listed on the website are a minimum of 72 hours. If items are needed sooner and can be fit in, a rush fee of $10 will apply.
03. Is this bakery nut free?
Heavenly Sweets makes items that contain nuts. Therefore we cannot guarantee other items without nuts have not come into contact with allergens.
04. How do I place an order on the site?
Placing an order is simple! Just follow these steps:
- Select the baked goods that you want (or submit the custom order form).
- Select the options you’d like and click “Add to Cart”.
- Add your details for the order.
- Select your form of payment and enter your card details.
- That’s it! Prepare to receive your home-baked goods.
